Hello!  My name is Maureen Lowry-Fritz.  Thank you
for allowing me to share a little bit about myself.

First and foremost, I am a mom.  I have four
children...aged nine and under.  Two of my children
received special educational services throughout
preschool.  One of those two has "graduated" from
having an IEP, and the other will continues to benefit
from an IEP third grade.  Raising our children has
been the most rewarding experience of my husband's
and my life.

My second role in life is that of an attorney.  I
received my law degree from Loyola University
School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.  I am licensed to
practice law in the state of Illinois.  I also have a
Master's Degree in Administrative Management
(Public Administration) from the University of
Maryland Overseas Graduate Program.

I provide legal consulting services to families and
professionals who are dedicated to children with
special education needs.  I am so fortunate to have the
opportunity to blend together my personal an
professional lives in a very unique way.  By raising my
own family, I have developed an appreciation for
children with special educational needs.   Through
first-hand experience, I understand the challenges and
rewards of raising special children.  Using my law
degree to help children with special education needs is
now my vocation in life.

I dedicate my personal life to the development and
education of my four children.  I dedicate my
professional life to teaching parents and professionals
the fundamentals of special education law, and how
they can collaborate in a positive, cooperative manner.

I am happy to have created this website as a free
service to both professionals and parents of children
with special needs.  I hope that you benefit from what
I  provide on this site.

Thank you,
Maureen
